Meet Winnie...a real, true, one of a kind "Chi-Winnie"! That's unique-speak for Chiweenie, which is what you call a Chihuahua / Dachshund mix. Breed specifics for a "Chi-Winnie": an adorable face, endearing underbite, gigantic ears, and a long low body built for snuggles and wiggles. Winnie is a playful little girl! She is super fast and LOVES to do "zoomies" around the yard, tempting the other dogs in her foster home to catch her. They never do! Winnie's not a barker. She's quiet and very affectionate, even with new people. She used to be shy at first, but now she's learned that the only people her foster mom has around are people who have lots of love to give her! She'll jump right up in your lap and snuggle in close for pets and kisses. She's truly a sweetheart. Winnie loves other dogs and does great with cats. She'd be just fine with children, too. Winnie has a thing for slippers though, be warned...slippers can be found all over the house and sometimes in the back yard!  Winnie is potty trained to go outside and if it’s raining, she uses the piddle pads. She loves to sleep under the blankets and loves to give kisses! Winnie is an a ll around wonderful dog!
