"Joe" should have been named Charlie because he looks so much like Charlie Chaplin and would be a special companion for someone. He was found abandoned by his owner and is microchipped so we know a lot about him through the vet. He is 3 years old, tested negative for feline disease, has been neutered and is a big love. The lady who rescued him took a video of him shown in the link below. She cannot keep him due to her other cats objecting so we are hoping to find a loving, permanent home for him. Just look at the video and you will see what a love he is. He loves being indoors but was outdoors for an unknown amount of time so he is very adaptable.
