Tuttle likes to follow you from room to room and be involved in whatever you are doing, and he'll usually bring a toy with to play in close proximity to you. He likes to snuggle in bed with his people, and is very very cuddly and affectionate. He's also very receptive to being trained with treats and his foster is working on trick training Tuttle. He's a little shy in new places, but definitely worth being patient and giving him a chance, because once he settles in he is such a perfect cat. He loves other cats and is not at all bothered by mellow dogs- he confidently walks past his foster's mastiff and lays with their chihuahua.
