Marcel is a big boy with a bigger heart! He came to us recently after his owner of 8 years was forced to make a very difficult choice to rehome him. He settled into his foster home with no trouble at all- he's kind of just a perfect boy. He gets along great with other dogs and absolutely loves people. He would prefer to be around people all day, if possible. He's quite the "velcro" lap dog! Marcel os special needs. He had eye surgery before coming to us and does require eye drops. He also has food and environmental allergies which require daily medication, but is otherwise healthy and happy! Marcel's ideal home has a big yard, and maybe even another pup to play in it with if there is enough attention to go around! He gets winded easily, but still loves to play and go for walks. Marcel gets lonely easily, so if you work from home or can take him with you to work, that is a bonus! He went to work with his foster mom and was on his absolute best behavior. We'd like to request an adoption fee of $550 to help fund medical expenses for one of our special needs animals.
