Hope was rescued from a creekside location in Campbell along with the rest of her litter. Her eye was swollen shut and we weren't sure that she would survive. A congenital eye disease had ravaged her eye and the only solution was an operation to remove her eye. Erin Hiske saw her photo and Hope is now a fully functional and loving member of their household, and her new name is Sela.

Julie and Dan Rembold who adopted Caesar, noticed a litter of kittens behind Texas Instruments in San Jose where Dan works. All six kittens were on some wood pylons and we pulled them all out. Tootsie, pictured above immediately wanted to come join the domestic world and was the most social of the group. Soon the rest of them joined in and they have all been place in fabulous homes. Tootsie, now known as Kahuna is buddies with her housemate Gidget, a 7 year old Shih-Tzu mix and Ginger (bottom left) was adopted by Catherine Christian. Sushi (bottom right) was adopted along with his sister Lucy by the Padilla family of Pacifica.

Bailey was found on 4th of July at age 5 weeks, hovering behind a trash dumpster with his sister. They were taken to the vet where his sister was found to have a wound that has been infected with maggots and she had to be put to sleep. Bailey was the little survivor and was given an I.V. to make him stronger. After a few weeks in a foster home, he was placed with Lori Maes of San Jose who was looking for a companion for her other cat, William. Bailey and William adore each other.
